Delivery & Returns

Shipping

We value all orders placed with Pennies Sweets and aim to prepare and dispatch your order the same or next working day. Please allow an extra 3 working days for our sweet cones and hampers.

We charge a flat rate of just £3.99 for all orders under £30. Orders above £30 come with Free shipping included.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all our orders, which aim to deliver within 1-3 days of dispatch.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery from the time of dispatch, especially during busy periods such as the Christmas and Easter holiday seasons as we are at the mercy of Royal Mail. We have no control over delivery times and only give these as a guide.

During postal strikes we will seek an alternative courier service to ensure your order reaches you.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us to ensure we can fulfil your order on time and offer alternative courier services.

We only ship to locations in the UK, England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland & BFPO addresses.

We cannot be responsible for delays to your delivery due to courier errors, delays, incorrect postal address or parcels being lost in the system.

All BFPO orders need to be taken to a postal office so please allow an extra 1 or 2 days for dispatch. Please make sure delivery information is provided in the correct format. Returns

We strive to ensure that our customers have a joyful shopping experience when purchasing from Pennies Sweets. However, on occasion, you may find it necessary to return an item.

To return an item please contact us with your order number and reason for your return by email at hello@penniessweets.co.uk.

Any goods that are returned to us need to be in their original sealed packaging.

Please note, that we are unable to cancel or change your order once an order has been processed and dispatched.

Create your own ‘Pick & Mix’ and create your own ‘Sweet Cone’ items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by email and we will aim to deal with the issue as soon as possible.

Regrettably, we do not cover the cost of return postage. However, we highly suggest that you use registered post to return your items.

We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of the day we receive the returned items, and confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund.
